CHILI & CHOWDER CHALLENGE Saturday, September 30, 2006 5pm to 7pm

The Bow Lake Community Club's Annual Chili & Chowder Challenge is coming up Saturday, September 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Bow Lake Grange Hall in Strafford, at the intersection of Province Road and Water Street next to the Bow Lake Dam. This popular event features Strafford's best chili, chowder, Chadbourn's famous corn bread, salad, beverages, and dessert-all for $7.Adults and $3.Children 5-12. Vote for your favorite. Cash prizes are awarded to the winners in both chili and chowder categories. Hot dogs and chips are featured for kids 12 and under. Come and enjoy this fun (and very filling!) event!
